Operating out of the former Accurate Sheet Metal facility in Fairhaven, Advance Air is now equipped to offer top-tier sheet metal fabrication services to a broad range of clients, including existing customers, other businesses, and contractors in the area.

The new service line includes fabricating stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, steel, and copper products, primarily serving the industrial, commercial, and marine markets. This expansion is a significant step in enhancing the company’s comprehensive

offerings in the HVACR domain.

Mike Jochim, the retired owner and operator of Accurate Sheet Metal, expressed his confidence in transferring his fabrication space and equipment to Advance Air. “I am thrilled to know that my customers will continue receiving the same level of quality work that I provided, even as I move into retirement,” Jochim stated.

Leading the sheet metal fabrication operations is Bill Cabral, a veteran with 37 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation. Cabral’s expertise spans working with diverse materials like stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, steel, and copper. Before joining Advance Air in 2014, Cabral gained extensive experience with Norris Tripp and Anderson Olsen.
