  • One partner’s very flavorful combination of ingredients to season their sausages was so acidic that it was eating away the surface of the cooling coils of their equipment! We were able to find special coated coils to withstand the acidic environment so that they could keep their product just as tasty, without replacing coils every few years.
  • Another partner needed to create a customized temperature and humidity controlled environment to preserve the flavor and texture of cheeses that would be exposed to the air while on display for daily tastings. We helped with the research to define and create optimal conditions for their special application. Their cheeses are now as yummy as possible.
